3. (a) Replace 'It' before 'Being'. This is the problem of unrelated participle.
4. (b) Replace 'who' by 'as' or 'that'. With such, 'as' or 'that' is used.
5. (b) Replace 'they' by 'he'. Librarian and cashier refers to one person.
6. (b) Delete 'most'. Perfect is itself a superlative.
7. (b) Replace 'which' by 'that'. What is followed by 'that' instead of 'which'.
8. (c) Replace 'were' by 'was'. Statesman and politician refers one person.
9. (b) Delete 'to'.
10. (c) Put 'from' before 'being'. Prevented is followed by preposition 'from'.
